"I have owned an Optima battery which lasted 6+ years in the Florida heat, which is excellent. Recenly I purchased a replacement and there was a special offer where you could obtain an Optima Digital 1200 Digital Charger at 50% off. The rebate procedure was somewhat complicated, only accepted JPEG files for documentation, The serial number is a sticker on side of battery which meant I had to remove the battery from the car to take a picture. A discount code was supposed to be e-mailed to me within 10 days and I received nothing after 12 days. I had to contact Customer Service and within a few days the code was finally e-mailed. Received the charger within 3 days. Bottom line: great products, Customer Service/Rebate Program needs improvement."
