You ask for Battery Image with no explanation. I called and spoke with Andy who said that I need to take a picture of the side of the battery with the S/N on it. Meanwhile I was already asked to fill in the S/N. Sooooo...I had to take the battery out of the vehicle to take a picture!!!!!!!
Why? It would have been better if this was done when I made the order. This is the most convoluted process which seems to be designed to discourage people from getting their deserved rebate."
