Nowhere on the website or order conf. does it mention delayed delivery. The only thing the order conf. states is "This order is being shipped to you via - Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 business days". Jim if it was clear that there was a delay for the order I would have cut you some slack. Business 101- be clear to the customer of what and WHEN you are delivering. If you run a promotion be prepared for your customers to move more of your product. Be aware of your inventory needs when you know demand will go into overdrive. You are in the premium product market so your customers watch for incentives. Maybe your internal buyers should pay more attention to the promos you run in advance so they can stay ahead of the game."
