Unfortunately, that shipped on Federal Express, FedEx, an incompetent outfit whose drivers are lying idiots. It took them 7 days to deliver after saying twice that they tried to deliver it but no one was here. I stayed home 3 work days to receive it and finally directed that it be deliverd to the local FedEx office. I figured that they could find that.
If I order another Optima and if they have to use FedEx, I will cancel the order."
