"The system I ordered had a backordered part but it arrived and was delivered so fast that I wouldn't have even noticed if they hadn't told me it was backordered. At the time, they were offering a 10% discount and free shipping which was the best I found at the time. When I recieved and installed the system, I found that one of the crossbar end caps was fractured and would not snap securely into place. I contacted them by email on monday and had the replacement part by thursday! Just a great experience - I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend them to anyone."

"I had purchased snow-chains from these people around December 12th, planning to use them shortly after. They immediately charged my card and then the next day I get an e-mail from them saying that I will be receiving the chains by Dec 30th since they are out of stock. I e-mailed them back asking to refund my card so I could purchase them elsewhere and received no response.

On Dec 30th, I e-mailed them again asking for an update to my order and was told that "they will be shipping any day now". I asked them if I could upgrade the shipping at my expense and was again ignored, twice.
