"After searching many Internet sites I decided to place an online order for Yakima cross-bars for our rooftop luggage rack. I found ORS pricing to be very competitive, if not the lowest for this item. Website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. My order shipped the following day and arrived in great condition 2 days later. After doing more checking around I decided not to use the rails and try to secure the soft cargo bag to the factory installed side rails. I asked to return the product and promptly received an RMA and helpful instructions. Everything was professionally conducted and correspondence courteous and helpful. Very good supplier but I don't like the 10% restocking charge."

"I ordered a kayak carrier from them, they charged my credit card right away but then a couple days later I got an email from them saying so sorry, the item was on backorder and would ship as soon as they could get it. Okay, no biggie. 3 weeks later, I emailed them asking what was up. The reply blew my mind - they had never actually ordered the racks from their supplier, and were going to do so right away!
