"Ordered a pair of prescription frames, told they were on back order and would be delivered 13 days later, now told after I had called up to find out where they were that it is likely my order went to someone else and they are out of stock with no more being delivered, having been on hold on 2 occasions for a total of 37 minutes I am somewhat frustrated. If I hadn't called no-one would have told me they weren't coming.
This review is nothing to do with the gentleman and lady I actually spoke to but rather the poor follow up to let me know I wasn't going to get the item because they freely admit if I hadn't rang them I would have been waiting until I instigated an enquiry."
"I placed n order with Oakley vault.com on 1-9-15, and I received a cancellation E-mail on 1-21-15. It stated the item was out of stock. How it could take so long to tell me they were out of stock on is beyond me. Sure won't be doing business with this company again. "
