"Let me begin by letting you know where I sit before I tell you where I stand. I've been an associate, and customer of Univera Life Sciences (formely Oasis Life Sciences) for upwards of 7 years now. Like any company, they haven't been perfect, but like very few companies, they consistantly stive to become better.

From a product standpoint, I have used a myriad of natural products with little or no visible results. Univera's products have consistanly helped me look, feel, and perform better. there scientic effort is unmatched in the natural products industry, and verifiably, we enjoy an incredible combination of agriculture (Aloe Corp), Scienctic firepower (Unigen), manufacturing (Naturetech), and distribution arm (Univera). This gives us complete control of the process from farm to family.

Univera has been a blessing for my friends and family, and I would recommend their product line to anyone who want a better quality of life."

"This is a review of Oasis Life Sciences also known as Univera Life Sciences. My girlfriend had signed up with this company to receive a monthly shipment of supplements six months ago. Three of the orders they shipped were wrong. For the first order they blamed her and made her pay return shipping. The second time they made the same mistake they took responsibility and paid to have it returned. Now the third time before they shipped her supplements she had called Oasis Life Sciences to change her order to some of their different products. They lady she talked to said that it was no problem becuase her order had not been shipped out. The lady then asked my girlfriend for her credit card number and it did not go through. So my girlfriend then gave the lady a second credit card number which also didn't go through. At this point the lady said that she was having computer problems and that she would submit the order in an hour or two when her computer was working again. Apparently this never happened because Oasis Life Sciences sent her once again the wrong order. When my girlfriend called to explain the situation Oaisis Life Sciences informed her that this was her mistake and would not pay to have the products returned. This company doesn't have their stuff together. I'm thinking at this point, was it also her mistake that in two of her previous orders they gave her someone elses invoice. How professional is that?

In the end it's a blessing as not only did they lose our business but the business of all of the clients she had signed up. It amazes me how business are so short sighted. As for my girlfriend she got all her money back by filling a dispute with her credit card. There is a good reason that this company doesn't have a contact form or email address on their website. I don't think they would want their mistakes in writing as then they would deffinately have to live up to their word.

Funny how in the life of the Oasis Life sciences company I was the first to put a review here at all and then a few days later a positive review above was written. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the review above mine was written by the company itself after they were notified about my review."
