"Warning to all potential customers: Do not buy anything from this company! We are honest consumers who were swindled by this company. Storeworkers, Brian and Damian cannot be trusted. We bought a Thule brand kayak carrier online. The merchants sent us only half our order, and we waited and kept making follow-up calls over several weeks with Obsession Watersports to check on the status of the merchandise. After more than a month and a half of not receiving our Thule order, we asked to be credited. For weeks, Brian and Damian never credited us, even after repeated phone calls to them. We eventually had to issue a dispute with Mastercard to be credited for the merchadise we never received. This was a highly thought out criminal act by the Obsession Watersports sellers--to delay any action until the deadline for customers to file a credit card dispute expires. Do not buy from this company. You will be sorry. We are also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please consider an alternate merchant. "
"After reading the other recent ratings, I am not alone!!! I ordered two pairs of sandals for 38.00. I would call and they kept telling me they were on thier way. After repeated calls, I was finally told they will not be getting them in anymore and they will credit my credit card. IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! Finally, today 11-26-2003, DAMIAN (rep at the store), told me to call my credit card co. and have THEM return my money!!! He said they cannot do it as they are moving and he has no access to a credit card reader. I told him to send me a check and he refused! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

" Do NOT buy online from this dealer!! Poor service (order cancelled when seat harness failed to arrive after 6 weeks, no tracking number provided) so when goods did arrive they were returned - many promises of crediting my account that never happened. Finally denial that transaction ever occured.(What????)
My credit card is $175 down for a seat harness and spreader bar!!
120 days passed so it was not possible for credit card company to intervene.

"We ordered a skim board for our son. The board was never shipped, but our credit card was charged. We have been trying for two months to get our money back. They (Damian?) have promised several times to credit our account, but such has never happened. We are trying one more time, and then we will take it to the district attorney's office for fraud investigation."
"I did a telephone transaction posted 8/19/02 with Obsession Watersports for $254.00. The mail order merchandise I ordered was subsequently not available, and the promised refund has not been posted, despite four separate phone calls to the vender.
In summary, I have not received either the services or the refund represented by this transaction, and it sounds as if I am not the first person to have this experience. Buyer beware."
