"I am dealing with exactly the same issue as PaulSutton was. I ordered $150.86 worth of stuff on 3/15/2012. I was charged on 3/20/2012. Over two months later, all I have is excuses and stories.

I have requested a refund repeatedly and get no answer from him for a week....then a e-mail acting like he has no idea who I am...then promises of free upgrades etc.

Absolute rip off. I am bring my bank and credit card fraud team on to help me deal with this place."

"Do not use this company! I placed my order and my rock was never shipped. This guy Mike has every excuse in the book on why the product he is selling does not ship. I requested a refund and i still not getting my money back. Last excuse the company had a fraud and they don't have the money to refund my money. "Buyer beware!!!! This guy Mike has every excuse in the book on why the product he is selling does not ship. I have used this seller twice. The first time it took two months to get the product I ordered. The second time I confirmed that he had the item in stock and it would ship the day ordered. Over a week later I filed a claim thru PayPal and three days later the item shipped. I paid for OVERNIGHT shipping and sell sent priority mail thru USPS arrived on day three. Product was dead. Asked sell to reship overnight and no response from seller. PayPal was no help because they do not insure live products. Excuses the seller has used 1.shipped to wrong address 2.its hot outside 3. culture was infected 4. did not recieve e-mails or telephone messages and the latest 5.had a stroke and was in the hospital---recovered and back to work in 3 days!!!!!"
