Although I have got a message that the article had been sent, I never received the ordered item.
I wrote to octilus.com that they should transfer back the money which I paid and I didn't get any answer.
In the beginning of my correspondence I got some e-mails which informed me that the sending was overdue because of different holidays in Spain ...
I never would approve to buy at octilus.com because a) paying in advance means to lose your money and b) to count on getting the article means probably - as in my case - not to receive it and to lose an important Christmas gift!!"
"I bought several things in an order at octilus.dk and received, among other things, the two identical mobile phone pouches I had ordered. It turned out that the bags was not working, when the mobile phones continued to fall out of them, the bag could not be closed, and in one of the pouches, the pocket for credit cards did not work. I contacted octilus per. email in Danish and found out that I had to write them in English, as their business apparently is in Spain. I explained my situation and wrote, that I wanted some other products. After several e-mails, where they eventually sought photos of errors and a description of it, I answered with ten photos and a description. It was May 24, 2015, ie almost six weeks ago and I have not heard from them since. I have subsequently written to them three times, but I do not expect to hear from them again and now I have two products that I can not use! It is simply too poorly and tacky !! I would not recommend this company to anyone !!"
