"Part arrived late. Had an error on the exhaust vanos. Upon replacing both had errors on the intake and exhaust vanos. Cleaned and replaced orginal vanos errors went away. Replaced them again with the OEM Bimmer part and bother errors returned. Replaced with originals and errors went away. Don't believe they are OEM quality, just cheap China clones."
"I ORDER OIL PAIN FROM THEM WE DON'T UESD IT IS STILL IN THE BOX TRY TO RETURN IT BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO RETURN IT OR REFUND YOUR MONEY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ROUD THEY TELL YOU ITS YOUR PROBLEM TO PAY FOR SHIPPING IT BACK "
"OEMbimmerparts.com sent me the wrong brake kit, it was only discovered by my mechanic when attempting to install them. The VIN I entered is the only one at their website that it's even being volunteered by the system to be entered for this vehicle. The shipping confirmation sent by them indicated the correct car. Parts in the shipment were for an older car that I (possibly) ordered parts for previously from this website. Which makes it even worse, as a return customer. When I called, "Max" already had my email calling them idiots, offered NO remedy or options on to make it right by sending the correct parts, instead proceeded to tell me this is my "****" and that it is my fault. I told him I'll bring the parts to his place of business and throw them through his window. After hanging up the phone, he emailed with his best solution, which was for me to send the wrong parts back, order different ones, hope and pray that he doesn't mess up the order again, wait a week for delivery and when the other parts are returned they'll refund the money. But never offered a return shipping label, so that would be my cost, then they'd probably refuse a refund, would cost me more to ship after wasting money at the mechanic shop, or I'll go on forever wasting time with Max, so so I'll throw the parts in the dumpster. Ordered replacements from a reputable company instead. Even when presented with screenshots of the shipping confirmation and from his website ordering screen, Max refused to accept any responsibility. Instead said that "mistakes happen", then decided to keep calling my phone and, when blocked there, resorted to looking up my name & home address and email responses to me referencing my personal business. So now I had harassment to deal with. Instead of fixing issues, seems that Max is instead busy at work looking up customer's info online. Very disturbing. Just take that into consideration as a possible outcome of your experience with this company. Just buy somewhere else. Max should be out of business soon at this rate. "
"Orders some brake parts and a cooling kit and parts were delivered fast and prices were great.

"Was decent until today then the owner lashed out at me over the phone over an email I sent . So my bad as I messed up on a few orders that they , strike, he, probably should have caught at least one of the mistakes.Anyway he just phoned me raised his voice quite aggressively then hung up but not before calling me an idiot and never to order from them again . No worries about that Max . Actually an apology would be in order from Max considering I’ve spent thousands at this place over the years."
"I have ordered 2 parts from them and both got here quickly and seemed to be quality parts. I had a question on shipping time on my 2nd order and they replied fairly quickly. Ill order all small parts from them"
"I order a part on March 3, 2018 and UPS email that it would be shipped on March 6, 2018. Package was not delivered and I called UPS who stated the error was theirs and would issue a refund to OEM to be reissued to me for the express delivery I paid for. Once I contacted OEM they made it clear they would not return my refund. The fact that they are willing to accept the credit to their account but not issue my refund is a disappointment."
"Stay far away... They had part numbers on their web page that were specific to four locations on my car, but they send me four totally different part numbers without any type of reference for location what-so-ever. The four o2 sensors in question all look the same you have to match the part number with the location on the car. The rude person told me to call the company that makes the parts for references, and hung up... I finally found a cross reference at AutohausAZ."
"I paid extra on shipping for an order so I would have my parts before the weekend. Unknown to me, the order was shipped with "Signature Required". I work for a living so I wasn't home waiting for delivery, which negated the extra money I PAID for expedited delivery and didn't receive the order in a timely manor. Upon contacting the company, I got a lame response and my account cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
"I purchased an Valeo switch ignition for a BMW E39 and I received an Febi-Bilstein. When I called the "company" which is located in a house in Austin - TX to ask explanations about my order, the owner who is the only employee, was extremely rude, cut me off during the conversation and raised the voice to me. He said that Febi company repacked the Valeo product which is hard to believe. I placed a review on his website and in a few hours it was deleted by this guy. Be extremely cautious if you want to make any business with this guy. "
"I was looking for a good supplier that had no negative feedback posted anywhere on the web.
