"The quality is terrible I repeat do not buy from these guys. When I purchased a set of 22” snowflakes they came in the box supposedly brand new but instead they were already mounted onto a different rim and they tried to sell me them. Also one rim had chips on the paint and when I touched it it flaked off and I could see all the exposed rust from the terrible prep job and every wheel was messed up not a single good rim was delivered to me What gets more interesting is they even asked me how much credit I wanted in order to keep the rims seems a little fishy to me I told them $400 and a set of chrome lug nuts rims came out to $1350 and they actually thought about it that’s when I decided to return them once again a terrible company "
"I realize this is not as expensive as wheels, but the photo they use for chrome valve stem kit shows rounded tops on the caps. I even asked if the photo was correct and was told they were as shown. When I received them, the tops were flat and had a lip around the top like it was supposed to have an emblem button stuck to the top. When I emailed them back they said that was what they had. The sleeves did fit so that is why I gave them 2 stars. Beware."

"On Monday I ordered a set of 4 chrome Denali 24 inch rim replicas which arrived on Wednesday. The rims were packaged properly and with no flaws. I had them installed professionally the next day with no issues. And my truck look and rides great! In addition, other rim companies wanted to charge me double the price for the same rims. I saved over 1200 bucks.. That alone is oustanding, I wish I could upload a pic."

"I ordered 4 wheels for my Tahoe, 3 arrived, 1 of them was not even in a box when it arrived and beat all to hell, 1 has been lost by Fed Ex, when you email customer service it takes approx 24 hours to receive a reply, so you know this whole process of getting replacement wheels is taking forever, when I complained abut the customer service I immediately got a response, my replacement wheels have not been shipped 3 days later, so that tells me they get the emails immediately and just sit on them for 24 hours rather than communicate with their customers who could spend their money elsewhere but chose OE wheels, I have 14 vehicles and am constantly buying wheels to change their looks, and will never choose OE wheels again . Was told I should of done my homework. "Just an fyi if you order from them. Wait time for a call is long. Also when you pay they flag it as a scam if you ask for a different address than the card. Then to verify you are legit they send you a form and ask you without verifying your face to send them an unsecured e mail with a picture of not only your drivers license, but also the credit card you ordered from and tell you it is for your safety. I simply ask. How in the world is it a protection for me for you to not verify in person who I am with my id, and send a non secure e mail with my credit card and ID on it???? The did not seem to understand. I told them. If I were a thief and stole this wallet I would simply just have to put the id and the card on a piece of paper, and somehow this is safer? I requested a zoom meeting and showed them my id and my credit card offered to record and send, and still made me sign. So I went to print document and it can not be downloaded. This place is a joke and so sad because they have nice rims, but as a business owner I will never do business there again.
