"Terrible customer service when I called to resolve an issue.
The lady customer care agent from Dubai had appalling customer care skills, very rude and had absolutely no grounds for refusing me a replacement item under UK Law. She told me that the Sale of Goods Act didn't apply. Tried to make me out to be stupid even when she knew I specialized in business law.
Even made comment relating to how I should speak to women, verging on sexist comment.
I would never buy from this company again due to this individual and the service.

The only positive here was that the price offered on OfferBank was less than other online stores.
As for the negatives:
First off, the product advertised was not in stock and none of the staff knew when stocks would arrive.
Secondly, I changed my order over the phone with customer service. And, was promised delivery in 2 working days. I receive a call on the delivery day to reconfirm my order!
And, lastly, I received my shipment on the 13th of November (8 days after the initial order was placed). The product was advertised to be delivered the next day!"
