Update: I love this tablet!! it came with the seal broken, not unusual given the security measures that currently exist between different trading unions. No additional custom charges as promised. Offerbank are not a scam in my experience!. They're selling items which are legit, and at very competitive prices. I got what I paid for and quickly."
