"The Sales staff needs to be trained properly. They are unable to understand clearly and do not know how to speak to clients. They insisted that I accept a lower grade item for the same price as what was mentioned in the offer (on the website) was not available. This is not acceptable for any paying customer. I was then told by the sales woman that the customer is not always right and then without informing me or sending an email, they cancelled my order.

This is definitely UNACCEPTABLE ! However, due to the intervention from staff higher up, the item was reordered later in the evening delivered as agreed.

The arrogance of the sales staff and the fact that they couldnt understand what was being spoken in simple english surely is some food for thought, for the management.

Offerbank has a good reputation and I do hope that they continue with their great offers. A big help would be if their staff is trained to be courteous to clients and learn how to deal with potential business opportunities."
