"These guys are ridiculous. I ordered a print from them 7 days ago, promptly recieved a shipping label and had my paypal account billed. Funny thing is, it never shipped. I called 4 or 5 times. After the 2nd or 3rd call they said "huh, it's in the warehouse, we have it in stock it should've shipped, I'll look into that".
A week later, and I'm done. I would never ever reccomend this company to anyone who needs to have something they ordered actually ship from a warehouse.
There are two good things I can say regarding this company. 1, I believe the customer service reps, were generally sincere in their frustration regarding the poor service of the warehouse. 2. They were very quick to issue a refund."
"Ordered printer that was "in stock". Credit card charged right away. More than a week later, still no sign of shipment, no tracking number, no one returning my inquiry as to why, etc. This is not the place to do business if you actually would like to receive the product you order."
"Just received my Canon printer. These guys gave me a great price, no tax and free shipping. I shopped and could not have touched this machine anywhere else for anything less than an additional 30 percent cost (with tax and shipping.) I note that, if one is used to newegg or tigerdirect or other direct-to-consumer outfits, you might find Officegrabs customer service unusual. They are not bad, at all. But, I don't think there's more than just a couple of guys in that room. They are clearly more used to dealing with commercial clients rather than just plain folks. You will not have six emails kissing your butt with tracking information, and the ground shipper they use for their free shipping deal is very much a commercial carrier much more used to going to loading docks and office buildings than to a residential location. All that said, they got the thing to me for free in 9 working days, coast to coast. Arrived with a very polite and helpful driver who unloaded it gently into my driveway. Not a blemish on the box. I did have to talk to the shipper myself to assure him that I would be available to receive and sign the bill of lading. Not a big deal. So, shop here, by all means, you'll be happy if you understand that it's not best buy, it's not newegg, they don't have the staff to coddle you, but they do seem to care about their customer's satisfaction. Every time I spoke with them, they were very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks guys!"
"My credit card was charged on 12/19/11. Today is 1/3/12 and I still do not have my product and no follow-up by vendor. I suppose they obtain the name office grabs because they are only interested in grabbing your cash. "
