HERES MY STORY................

I Purchased item from this online site called www.Office-chairs-discoutn.com. This company is a dba of Direct2User, Inc.Well i made a purchase on Jan 30th 2009 Description: Napoli Round Meeting Table #May-NCR48 Wood: Golden Cherry Quantity: 1 Price: $518.00 From: Direct2User Inc. t/as www.office-chairs-discount.com

I receieved the item on Feb 17th and it was the wrong color. I called the number on my reciept and the lady who answered, LINDA, told me that i should re-order the new color (which was MORE MONEY! $666) and then she would email the warehouse for instructions on how i should handle my return of the wrong item. She also informed me that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee and the return freight. to which I agreed to both.

Well I waited 2 weeks from her and nothing! Ireceived the new table and still nothing! I called again on March 2nd 2009 and once again the same lady,LINDA, answered the phone and didnt seem to remember our conversation at all. So she said she would email the warehouse once again and email me or call me back. Well, I received her email that day and I replied right away. She emailed me again the next day asking the same question, to which I replied again right away. She also inflated the restocking fee to 30% instead of the origional 25% she told me. But thats ok, I agreed,in writing like she asked.

So now it has been 6 weeks since I requested return and still no word from her or the warehouse!I called today, March 30th 2009 and she at first had no idea what I was talking about, LINDA again. Then she told me it was probably too late to return item! The nerve of this woman! I called her the day it arrived!!
