"I purchased an item through them as an "Amazon seller" under their business name of "Office Supply Factory". The item was damaged, not even sold by them...they purchased the product from Walmart and had Walmart send me the item! Then when I contacted Amazon and them to help me resolve the issue, Amazon said they filed a claim for me and Office Supply Factory immediately sent me hate mail for something I didn't even do. It was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I ended up confirming the claim since they acted so terribly. They have NO IDEA what customer service is. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Their BBB profile shows that they are out of business! SCAM!!!"

It's too bad though that I wasted more time than the money I would have saved. Great prices but if you can't get the merchandise, what's the use!"

"I placed the order on May 30,2008 and as of today, August 5, 2008, I have not received the order. The amount, including shipping, was $35.53. I have ordered from this merchant in the past without incident; however, the website is gone, no response to emails and phone appears to be disconnected. I contacted my credit card company.
