"On 2.27 online, i bought air cleaner filters for 33.64 all in. Week end. Next day my wife said she also bought some elsewhere. I e mailed and called to cancel as the order was not filled. they said they cannot cancel the processing.!!!
When it arrived I obtained return OK and sent the filters back without opening the box via post office. weight was 13oz, all in.
Refund was $11.93. $21.71 for the box and shipping one way. "
"Ordered 10 bottles of gel toilet bowl cleaner and package of k-cups.
Received box this morning and entire contents are leaked in box. 10 bottles of liquid bleach! Of course, I did not know this when I picked up the package in the dark at 630 this morning when it was delivered (yes, delivered at 630am) and it got all over my expensive work clothes. Completely ruined a $90 pair of jeans and sweater cardigan from White House Black Market.
Called company to let them know and they offered a refund for items but not my expensive clothing that was ruined. Told me they use 3rd parties and are not responsible which is BS bc you are always liable if you’re business partner is providing a faulty product or service.
I plan to legally pursue this as I’ve ruined $200 in clothes for a $50 shipment.
Worst experience ever! Wish I could upload pix of what they sent me. Should be ashamed to know they partner with companies that provide absolutely no packing protection."
"Attempted to cancel order immediately after I placed order online and was given four different reasons why it could not be accomplished. After the first three reasons had no validity, then I was told go read our policy, we don't allow any cancellations. Also, I received a promotional email where they had marked up kleenex to $150 because of the current shortages.

"Absolutely unreliable company. Tried a simple order of 20 pens at their website on August 11; kept getting the error "Shipping Address State Empty" (it wasn't). Company did not respond to my emails. Phoned them on September 3, expressed concern about possible fly-by-nightitude, was assured that they were a reputable business. Paid for this order via PayPal on September 3, and that was the last I heard from them. They did not respond to emails. They did not respond to phone calls. All calls went to voice mail, which they promised they would return within 24 hours, but they never responded. Finally entered a PayPal dispute and claim with them, and they didn't even bother to respond to PayPal. PayPal refunded my purchase price. There is no way I would ever deal with these people again."
"I ordered eight 8-pocket folders from this company on 9/2/09. Their website indicated that items ship within 24 hours. I paid for 2-day home delivery shipping via FedEx or equivalent.
I kept checking my order and there was no new activity and my order was listed as "processing". Finally, on 9/10/09 I sent an email to customer service. I had tried calling first but all I got was a pre-recorded message to leave a message, which I did not. On 9/11/09, I received a computer-generated email stating that my order had shipped via UPS, but I was not given a tracking number. I again checked the website for a status and all I could get was an error message when I accessed my order, so there was no tracking number there, either.
On 9/14/09, in the morning, I sent another email to customer service, asking for a tracking number and letting them know I was getting an error when I tried to access my account. As of this afternoon (9/15/09) I have had no reply. I have just left a message with their customer service department for someone to contact me.
I am hoping my order comes today, but since I have no way of tracking it, I don't know if it will. I find the whole process pretty unacceptable, considering their shipping policies state that orders will ship that day or the next day, and I am still waiting for my order 2 weeks after I placed it.
If someone had bothered to contact me and let me know the status or bothered to reply to my emails, I would be much happier. A little customer service really goes a long way, too bad this company doesn't seem to recognize that.
Edit 9/17/09: I did get a refund of my shipping fees and a note from a CSR that stated they were switching computer programs and had been having some issues, she also enclosed my tracking #. My folders arrived today, and I was happy they had refunded my shipping. "

"I couldn't find any reviews on this site, so I took a bit of a risk ordering from them--they had a significantly better price for the desk I was looking for. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've ordered furniture on the Internet, so I don't know how long it typically would take through a freight carrier--for me, it took almost three weeks, but it would probably have been a lot shorter if their freight company didn't mess up my address. It came in one piece, though, and the desk was completely fine.
Oh, and their customer service--it was very easy for me to reach a CSR and get my order sorted out. Excellent service. Don't know if it's just because they're a small store and don't get many orders, though.
So if anyone's ordering from this store, well, at least from my experiences, it's legit, and it has pretty good prices."
