"There was a leak on the yellow cartridge and installation of the cartridges was a little hard. Once they are forced into the printer, picture quality was not bad. In fact, the picture quality looks better than other brand cartridges.
I will use this cartridge for draft material printing only since I have other printer for business use. "

"Double WOW. OfficeWorld ROCKS! Alera ROCKS! Ordering was easy; the price was the best available online/great value; free/fast shipping; PayPal; email updates on the order and shipping that were accurate. I ordered an Alera (ALEGR351818BL) unit on New Year's day January 1, at 4pm for an excellent price with free shipping and already received it by January 3rd! The item is exceptionally made, beyond sturdy/strong and easy to put together without a single tool. (I do advise that those in small spaces clear enough space first as it is very tall, have a little footstool to place the top shelf on AND definitely *measure the mid-distance* so that you can place the middle shelf properly so items have enough room to hang.) This compact, tall shelf for hanging clothes holds 200Lbs more weight than my $450 clothing rack 4 times the size next to it - I believe it can hold over 500Lbs easily. It has strong, adjustable feet to accommodate older homes/areas with that slight annoying slant to the floor. I got black (there is silver too) and it blends pretty invisibly with the clothes/surroundings and I packed it full. SUPER HAPPY. OfficeWorld and Alera get my highest recommendation and I will be ordering again - Thank you so much!"

"I ordered design paper that indicated 100 per pack. I was excited to find this product online and even more so when I was told it would be delivered in 2 days. I needed the paper within one week. Then the item came and I only receive one pack of 25. A complete disappointment. When I contacted customer service, I was told they will refund my purchase AND I can keep my pack of 25. Gee thanks BUT I need 100. The problem was not solved. A correct solution would be to immediately send me 3 more packs of 25."
