"Ordered on 12/10, they printed label on 12/10, NEVER ACTUALLY SHIPPED UNTIL 12/16. Items were boxes that were already opened or in NO BOXES AT ALL. They all worked, but this was a big disapointment. Used other mail order places all the time and this really lacked any customer service. They claim if you order by 3pm they ship the same day, but this was not the case for me. The packing was terrible. Will think twice if I ever order from here again. But yes everything did work and was just as ordered."
