"My daughter ordered from the web site, got a confirmation and her credit card was charged, but no item was ever shipped. She called the "help desk" number on the web site at least 20-30 times and no one ever answered. She wrote to the address given and never recieved an answer. The web page still shows a Fall 2006 advertisement.
It is obvious this store is no longer in buisness.

"yea, i ordered some SD cards in Oct, at what was a "great" deal. after about 2 weeks, i hadn't received them, i did their live chat, and they told me they had canceled my order, and refunded me. the first was true, they sent me nothing. The seconed was false, i got no money back. They then stopped responding to my e-mails, and live chats. After contacting the better business beuro, they attempted to contact officialmemory, to no avail. they ignored the BBB! I later confirmed that their BBB certified logo is not legitimate. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!"
"I recieved a product that was guaranteed to work, of course it did not. I then sent it back for an exchange. That was where the problem started, they said they sent it out a week later. It has now been a month and I have not received anything by the USPS. Supposedly it was "LOST" by the USPS. The problem is this is a one man shop with a couple helpers his name is Ilya Beyrak. His direct line is ***-***-**** x 201. So if you want to try to get him on the phone, I got him more than once. But what it looks like now, they dont even have their website working at all. lol Good luck because I got screwed for 125 bucks. Terrible experience."
"Initial contact and agreement with Official Memory was straightforward. The price and delivery date were very good. After giving my credit card number to them, it went downhill....fast! The product was promised delivery in 3 days. After a week without delivery I requested a shipping tracking number. All I got was "looking it up" and, "working on it." After 21 days with no delivery I asked for a refund and got a response of "we re-shipped yesterday." After 30 days without a delivery I sent a second request for cancellation and refund. I have not had any response from the company since. I have informed my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. I have not had ANY satisfaction with Official Memory. They may have had a good company at one time, but something has gone very wrong! Notice that on the Yahoo merchant ratings all reviews, except for mine, are within a 5 day period."
