"this company is a scam operator. Had to cancel my credit card etc after ordering...
Check them out on google street maps! Ha! The joke is on us poor suckers who give out credit card info to strangers.. Should be a law against this. Ya think.

"The Plague: Stay far away from this company if it really is a legit place. I ordered sunglasses and paid for 2day ups on 5/11 have not recvd or heard anything from this place dont waste your time trying to contact this compny they dont seem to even be in business. I contacted the Better Business Bureau to let them know what was going on with this site, again AVOID AVOID AVOID just like the PLAGUE......very fatal to your wallet.."

"TERRIBLE "Retailer." I wouldn't even call them a retailer, because they obviously don't sell anything. You can certainly order things from them, but you'll never receive it. Nor do they respond to e-mails, nor do they answer their phone. The girl on the outgoing message for their voicemail is even barely understandable, and stumbles over her words while saying the name of the company. You can't even leave a message! Clearly this isn't actually a real business, but a scam. I really wish I lived near Redlands, CA, so I could go down there to check this out. Why are they still in "business"??? I'm apparently one of many that have had this problem.... What can be done about this? Now I regret not having checked this website BEFORE I ordered. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOKED ASS COMPANY!!!! I ordered something from these crooks exactly 1 month ago. I've gotten nothing. I've left numerous voice-mails and e-mails and have gotten no response. They had no problem taking my money the instant I placed my order. They just don't want to give me what I paid for. I hope you crooks get exactly what you deserve. karma's a bitch!"

"I placed an order with Offcial Pro Sports on September 4, 2010. I have left numerous voicemails and actually spoke to a female representing this company twice. The second time I spoke with her she said she had to go back to the warehouse and check on the status of my order and call me back. Here it is October 21, 2010 and have not heard anything back. I have called and left 6 voicemails after not hearing anything from them. Avoid this company at all cost. It obviously is a scam. And the one positive review on this site was obviously written by the company themselves. "

"Avoid Official PRO Sports at all costs, or it will cost you. They do not answer the phone, return calls, reply to email inquiries, or give a tracking number on the items that you "buy". This is why they have an "F" rating with the California Better Business Bureau.

"I ordered a Vikings mailbox flag from thjis place on 8/26 - the same date my credit card was charged for the purchase. It is now Sept 17 and I have no flag or confirmation of shipment. I have sent 2 emails requesting status of my order and have had no response. I strongly recommend staying away from this scam of a company."

"I ordered a poker chip set from Official Pro Sports on April 16th, 2010. As of April 29th, I had not received any merchandise nor had I received confirmation of shipment. I emailed Official Pro Sports on April 29th to inquire about the status of my order. I received a response from them on May 3rd, stating that they would look into the situation. It is now May 7th and I have not received any further correspondence from Official Pro Sports, nor have I received any merchandise. They were unresponsive to my last two email attempts and they have not responded to my telephone messages. They did, however, promptly charge my credit card the same day the order was placed. Unsatisfactory performance, to say the least."

"I am not sure what happened with the other two reviewers, but my transaction went really well. I found some items close to what I wanted, which was a UCLA sweater for my nephew, but couldn't find it. I called them and the person who answered helped me find something. He sent me descriptions and pics of a couple of items not listed in the online store and knew his stuff. It isn't common to find an online store where people actually know the products, not just listing some drop shipper's graphic and description.
Anyhow, product shipped and was in my hands well within a week. I wish the price was a little better, but it was still cheaper than anything else I found similar. The price probably has more to do with UCLA than with Official Pro Sports. I will do business with them again when I need some other sports memorbilia.

"I made this order 12/10/09. It has not yet arrived and today is 1/24/2010. I have left several messages by phone and by email with no confirmation. They did however promptly charge my credit card immediately when I placed the order. I am filing a written complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am very disappointed with this company and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them."

"Absolutely avoid. I ordered some gloves on July 30, 2009. Went away on vacation for a week returned home asking for a status update. Spoke with someone that promised to get back to me next day, never did. I subsequently left 4 more voice messages and 3 emails to which there was no response. Fortunately went through PayPal and the escalation of this refunded my money. Learn from my mistakes and avoid the headache."
