"We include good quality batteries with all our scales but they can run low in storage" I did not find any batteries in my package. I special ordered an adapter but that should not be reason to not include the batteries that it is intended to have. My hope is that is was an oversight and that you unload them to keep them from getting low and forgot to load them before shipping. I would be totally satisfied if sent 4C batteries of good quality.
