In Australia many of the DVD/CD titles simply are not available due to the relatively smaller market here as opposed to the States. "I have made a couple of large purchases from Oldies.com to take advantage of their sales on DVD's. My orders were quickly shipped and arrived in truly excellent condition. Condition is important to me since I collect DVD's and Oldies really came through in this regard. The few DVD's that had some minor damage were replaced by Oldies. Prices are really excellent if you shop the sale sections. I also highly recommend reviewing the Oldies website for rare and OOP DVD's."

"After finding an item on this site that I had been looking for I called their customer support to make sure that it was actually in stock. The representative assured me that the item was in stock and that if I ordered after the phone call there shouldn't be any problems. After ordering the item the status of the order was listed as "processing" for over a week. During this time I called again and was assured that the item was in the process of being shipped to them first and that they would have more information in a few days. After calling again today I was informed that they do not know whether the item is in stock and have no way of tracking the order or whats in there warehouse at any time and that they'll re-print the order "to get it more attention" and to call again in a few days. This is the most ridiculous unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They seem to literally lie and mislead you at ever opportunity from the moment you reach their website in order to secure your purchase. Chances are they do not have what you want and you would be better off spending a few extra dollars and actually getting something for it. Will update review if my experience changes but it as of right now I expect another week of excuses before being forced to cancel the order."

"I've ordered from Oldies.com quite a few times. Every one has been a very good experience. They have a lot of DVDs of "classic" TV shows (1940s-early 1960s), serials, and movies (mostly "B" movies, but still good). Many of their DVDs are $5.95 or 5 for $25. Media mail shipping is free for $50 or more. I usually get the package within a week of ordering. "
"This was the first time that I ordered from Oldies.com. I talked to Matt who took my order and was very courteous and helpful. Since most of these dvd were serials from the 30’s I was in no rush to get them so I opted for the free ground shipping. They were ordered on Wednesday, November 15 and they were delivered on the following Monday, the 20th. The items arrived in perfect condition and were well packed. They also have thousands of audio cds. This was my first order from them but it will not be my last."
