"Customer service is non-existent. Checkout process failed 3 times! Tried using "Contact Us" link 5 different times but I never got a reply. I called the number I Googled, left a message; still no word. Not sure if the site actually works or is legit. They seemed to have good pricing but what good is low prices if you can't complete the checkout process? Hope this didn't steal my cc info!"

"I just placed my second order with Oliver's Outlet. The prices are unbelievably better than anywhere else for these parts. As long as you can wait for the shipping, you will save up to 20% - 30%, even with shipping, compared to the next cheapest seller. The only downside is can't use their site for researching the right part, but once I find it, they always seem to have it."

"The overall experience was good. The price was good. The only problem was it took 2 weeks from the order to delivery. This is a little tough when you're working on someone else's appliance. The shipping price and time is the reason for the 3 stars."
"I am giving them 4/5 only because there was a few days between when I placed my order and I was contacted by the customer service about an out of stock item. I also requested a UPS tracking number, and did not get one, but my whole order showed up the same day I requested it. My order order took 12 days from placement to delivery, and I emailed with customer service 3x regarding the order. I saw a few bad reviews on here, and all I can say is that I got my order, I spoke with customer service, and I am very happy. In our world of instant gratification, we need to accept that this company may be a little more hands on with their work and needs more time to keep up.

It seems this business is located in a house and he claims to have 100,000 or 170,000 parts (depending where you read). Stay safe and stay away. These people need to be in another line of work. They shouldn't have anything to do with sales or customer service.....they are lost. Claimed he sent tracking number but shipment wasn't even ordered until the next day. "

"I was repairing a GE Profile dryer. It was making a lot of noise. The front Bearing Assembly and Trap Duct Assembly were worn out and cracked in place. I received the part about a week after ordering them. It took me all of 20 minutes to install these two items. I was maybe the fastest and easiest repair I have ever done on a dryer. Totally satisfied!"
"I needed a pet for my stove. I did a quick bing search for the part number and olivers site came up as the cheapest (by ~30%). I quickly ordered and then, worried about what I had done, came to check the ratings. When I did, my heart sank. I figured I was set up for a nice credit card battle trying to reject this charge. I gave them a few days. I emailed to see if the part was going to ship. They responded about a day or two later that it would ship. Roughly 10 days after my order, I received the part. No doubt, they are slow to ship. They probably drop ship from a supplier. However, I can't deny that I did get my part and at a pretty good savings. "
"I ordered a part on a Wednesday and received it the next Monday. I was a little annoyed that I hadn't been sent any ship notification, confirmation, or tracking number but the part arrived quickly and worked perfectly. I was provided a tracking number within 24 hours of requesting one, although that was after the part was delivered. I would recommend that buyers request tracking numbers and ship confirmations. "
