"I ordered a part and noticed within 1 hour i didn't need that part when you order it says 3-5 business days before shipped. I sent over ten email and hour after purchase to cancel the order i get a response saying we will cancel it. then i get message saying shipped i then respond 10 other times and two weeks later its at my doorstep. place is a mess and should be shut down. "I ordered a $60 KitchenAid stove trim kit that the box came opened and was missing one part. Knowing this was a kit I pretty well figured I was out of luck. I called KitchenAid directly to see if they sold that one of the three pieces I was missing, they didn't. I left an email at Olivers and they were very prompt and e mailing me back and telling me they were going to re-order the kit. After KitchenAid told them that it was back ordered and couldn't be ordered for three weeks I was amazed to find a new kit in the mail four days later. I was concerned because of some of the other reviews about this site but I can tell you I've never seen anybody email back three different times and pursue getting this kit delivered intact a second time a very short period of time later.
I don't know about anybody else but I am very happy with the price and the follow up of these people and would recommend them ."
"On 5/22/17 Placed order for replacement refrigerator door. By the way this is a very modern part and not out dated. I received notice or order confirmation immediately. On 5/30 I received notice that the part will take approx 3-4 weeks. On 6/20 I received notice that my part was no longer available. Again this refrigerator is currently being sold in stores and this part is widely available. This site posted a better price. Now there is no phone number to call and only an email address so I immediately sent out an email asking how to get my

"Easily the worst online purchase I have ever made. Ordered a filter housing 11/30. Website said ships in 1-3 days. Confirmation email said ships in 10-14 days. After 22 days, I had to reach out to ask where my item was. After a BS response of weather and holiday delays, I was assured it would ship on 1/6. Of course, it did not. Finally after multiple emails in my part it shipped on 1/16, finally arriving today, 1/27. After all if this, not once did the company reach out to me with an update or apology. Any communication they sent was in response to mine.
So if you don't mind waiting almost 2 months for an item that claims to ship in 1-3 days, this is the place for you."

"I ordered a glass door for an oven range and after contacting them way past the date it was suppose to be delivered, they told me the manufacturer was not making them, but they couldn't refund my money, they would just have to sent it when they make them again with no indication of date. Long story short, months late I finally got a refund but they kept 20% restocking fee even though it was their fault I never received the for in time and had to get one elsewhere. They are third party with no control once an order is placed, my suggestion is order your part somewhere else, with a customer service phone number."
"I ordered a ceramic cooktop from these people...and never got a confirmation or tracking number. So, I put a dispute on the Paypal transaction and filed a BBB complaint...then I immediately got a confirmation and the part arrived.
When I discovered that I had ordered the wrong part, I returned it along with a copy of the confirmation and model/serial numbers of the appliance as they required. Then I get an email saying that I didn't include the confirmation number or model/serial number. I wrote back that they were taped to the cooktop...no reply for a week. So I emailed the info to them and they confirmed and said I would get a prompt refund.
After 60+ days...no refund. I've complained to the BBB and all I'm getting is stall tactics and lies from Olivers Outlet. You can't call them, they don't answer their phones...and some of their phone numbers are disconnected. They are blaming me for putting the transaction in dispute with Paypal and blaming Paypal for having a lengthy process...but Paypal is telling me that all they have to do is simply refund the money.
Horrible company and horrible people. Ana in customer service is a con artist.

"I needed a washer part ASAP and made the mistake of ordering with this company because their prices were low. I paid for 2nd day air shipping to expedite the order. Five days later, still had no acknowledgement from them that the order was even shipped. I have cancelled in writing, and am sending all correspondence to my credit card company to proactively dispute any charges. Ridiculous customer service (only by e-mail), horrible experience, wasted a full week.. AVOID AVOID AVOID… Oliver's Outlet is a joke"
"I don't think anybody here giving out 5 stars to this scammer is a real customer, checkout their profiles, probably it's just the seller himself.
This is how I suspect this scam works. They have NOTHING in stock, when you place an order, they quickly charge you card. If you ask, they will assure you they have issued a refund and hope you will just forget about this. And I almost did. After several months, I checked my account, the refund never came, I contacted them again, they apologized and said they just refunded me this time. Guess what? of course nothing happens.
I am trying to dispute with Paypal now. I hope nobody would have to experience this."
"I wont go into my specifics but in short a mis-order problem caused by me ... was resolved by them... This situation was largely because I misunderstood things and even though things were my mistake and cause of that I damaged the item a bit, they shipped the correct item and made things simple and made my little project a success. I was treated in exceptional fashion. thank you!"
