"Best price by far on my order. Shipment arrived promptly but was missing a part and the replacement was on backorder. That being said their customer service was super helpful in fixing matters. They went out of their way for me to make it hassle free and were very courteous.

"Ordered a replacement part listed on their website. They immediately charged me but then realized that they didn't actually have the part anymore to send to me. They sent an email saying that they were out of the part and that they were providing a refund, but the refund never came. The contact page listed on their website, and linked to in their email lists no phone number, and they do not reply to their "Customer Service" email box which sends order confirmation or in this case cancellation emails. They didn't hesitate to charge for a product, before even checking to see if they actually have it, but when it comes time to refund, they aren't particularly concerned with making sure that happens. As of today they still list that part as available on their website by the way. Charged me for a product they never had, and then don't ever refund, can't imagine a way in which an online retailer could do worse."

"We ordered an oven control panel for our stove. Olivers had the best price, however, the shipping charges were a high but the price of the item was lower so overall the total was still less. It came right away with one problem. It did not include a face plate and since there were no graphics on the web site we did not know this. We found the face plate and once again, Olivers offered the lowest price but again the shipping charge was the highest. It was actually more than the cost of the item. BUT they offered to waive the shipping charge on the item, which they did and its on its way the next day. The customer service was great in this case ... thank you"

"I needed a replacement freezer door for my GE refrigerator, and shopped around online. Oliver's Outlet was by far the least expensive in terms of both price and shipping. However, I was concerned about the negative reviews that I had read. I contacted (emailed) Oliver's Outlet, informing them that I'd like to place an order but was concerned about the reviews. The reply was 'give us a chance to make you a satisfied customer'. In addition, they had my part in stock vs other sites that required a special order. I took the chance with Oliver's and placed my order on June 19, 2015. The part was sitting outside my door on June 24, 2015. I can't speak for others who have had issues with Oliver's Outlet, but my experience couldn't have been better."

"When my washer broke, I placed an order with them for a part. WIth a family of 6, a washing machine is a pretty urgent necessity, so I chose 2 day shipping and figured I could last a few days. It was actually more than a few days because it covered a weekend, but I figured it was better than nothing. After 3 days, no part. I sent an email and a day later got a response that the item was on backorder for a MONTH! How in the world can you let a customer place an order, and charge their card, and promise them 2 day shipping and not tell them RIGHT AWAY that the item is backordered??? And not even say a word to the customer until the customer reaches out to contact you because they didn't get anything. That is the most irresponsible customer service I have ever seen! This business is a joke. "
"I recently ordered a part for my oven and accidentally ordered two parts but only wanted one. It took a couple emails back and forth with customer service but in the end they were excellent. The part arrived and the second part was cancelled and refunded. The customer service representative, Ana, was very helpful!!!"
"I recently ordered a part for my microwave with Oliver's Outlet. When I received the part I realized I ordered the wrong one. I contacted customer service and was very satisfied with the great communication from Paul. He gave very clear instructions on how to return my part and gave me a link to the correct replacement. He was even nice enough to cover the shipping on the replacement. Even with the cost of shipping that is often covered by big guys like Amazon, Oliver's prices are much cheaper. I would strongly recommend this company and will return to them if I ever need parts for appliances. "
"I wont recommend this company. I paid for 2 day shipping which stated there price. I paid through paypal the full amount. I send a email they respond with 2 day shipping is 160 extra. They dont even have a live person or voicemail to leave. So i told them to fix it that it wasnt my fault and if not i would contact paypal. Not even 2 minutes later they cancelled my order and sent refund to paypal. Im like ok, i guess there in the business of NOT making any business... "
