Disappointing quality.

"Disappointing quality. The filets are average quality at best and do not compare to our local butcher or competing online choices. Expected excellence based on the cost. Exact same goes for their burgers, dogs and chicken. Will not order from Omaha Steaks again."

"We ordered filets & steakburgers & paid 151.56. The filets had gristle in them, tough with little flavor. Burgers were dry with little flavor. We had received filets & burgers as a gift last year & was good. The meat we received when we ordered wasn’t up to quality we had received previously. When u pay 151.56 for meat you expect to receive good quality, we won’t be ordering from
Omaha Steaks again!

Vegetarian Meal Package Not Even VEGETARIAN

" i got this as a gift from my boss who didn’t know i was vegetarian. So i was nervous until i found out there was a package called “the vegetarian meal” news flash- the first item, the pepperjack risotto cakes, have chicken stock and fat in the ingredients list. SOOOO misleading. disappointed, plus the potato au gratin made my stomach hurt. only good thing was the caramel apple tarts. if you’re going to make a vegetarian package, make sure it’s vegetarian!"

"We gifted the meat box to my son for xmas. He was not satisfied with the steaks in the box. At least the 2 he had a couple of days ago had a large piece of gristle going thru the middle of both steaks. Could not even eat them. "

Terrible service

"Ordered steaks for Christmas for my family that is out of town I paid extra so they would be delivered on time and they arrived after Christmas and we’re warm so they sent another order and said they would be there on the 30th of December and they never arrived now they tell me they will be there on the 2nd of January so they will be bad also because it is in Arizona so my family never got there Christmas gift so don’t order from this company"

Failed Service, Failed Communication and the list could go on!

"I placed an order, I have an order #, I can not check my order status, it shows there is no payment history which there is intact one. I have a shipping date, I can not track anything, I can not tell the recipient their order is out somewhere in the atmosphere. It was a large order and I'm sure I was immediately charged. It's almost 2024, it should be easier, smoother, irritation free. "

Never Again.

"I ordered Omaha Steaks as a Christmas gift to be delivered 12/30 as the recipient was traveling over Christmas. Without our approval this company changed the delivery date to 12/27. I was notified in an email of the change on 12/23. When I called to cancel, unbelievably, I was told I could not. The order has already shipped. Now it will be rotting in the mailroom for days. Merry Christmas. Home to rotten meat."

"The new cherry hand pies were not good at all. After trying four of the eight purchased (eight because I love cherries and the on-line pic was inviting), did not have one whole cherry in the filling and the crust was not very tasty and hard, should be a little bit flaky as a pie… never again!

Botched order

"I have approximately $900 being held on my credit card for orders that do not exist. When I called customer service, I was told the first time to wait a day the next time that there were no orders so that couldn’t be. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, it was nothing but an argument. When the supervisor came on, he couldn’t explain why it was very nice and was going to place the order for me and after waiting for him to look for emails to find offers I just gave up. Love Omaha steaks, but it’s not worth it, my frustration level is ridiculous. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled."

High Quality Filet But Overbearing Reminders

"I sent a deluxe gift of filet mignon to a family member. The quality of the beef was outstanding. Had to turn off the email reminders afterward however, I was often getting 4 or more emails per day. When I am ready to place my next order I will do so from your website."

Decade long customer

"We love Omaha's products and have been repeat customers for over a decade. From Triple Trim Filets to fantastic Chilean Sea Bass, Mushroom Risotto and the list goes on. One disappointment with my last order. Sent Customer Service an email regarding a $30 reward card that I erroneously forgot to include the code. I immediately emailed after ordering requesting it be applied to that order, even including the order number. It was a time sensitive reward. I have not received any reply, nor phone call, nor was the reward applied. Very disappointed.
