"Omega claims to be on the market for 60 years and I have been their customer for almost 20 but since 1/1/2015 it is not old Omega you are going to deal with, it is some parody of Omega and its customer service.
For over TWO months of me calling them 7 times already after I sent authorized RMA'ed merchandise they are unable to process refund. They keep telling me everything is setup and processed but the money are not back in my account. I have been talking with several customer service people including manager but THEY ARE COMPLETELY reckless telling me everytime same story that they have new "system" and something is not right. This is unacceptable. 60 days of processing approved refund is UNNACCEPTABLE"
