"I ordered a brand new HID Kit. However, when I received the item, it was an open box item and the ballasts are scratched up. I asked to return the item because I did not receive what I ordered. Their return policy is garbage. Why do I have to pay for the restocking fee and shipping back if it was their fault in the first place that I did not receive what I ordered?! If they just gave me what I paid for then this would not be a problem. I lost a total of $36 for shipping ($8.50)/restocking fee ($27.50). I'm pretty sure that they are going to send this item that I sent back to someone else and when the other customer receives this item, they will send it back-- Omega Xenon/Kasa Auto Parts will then earn another $27.50. I also tried to email two of their email addresses but the email address on their website was not working and no one was responding to their other email address. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company. Beware."

"Placed my order a month ago, 2 days later I got a call saying I needed to get this voltage stabilizer. I asked why and was informed there is a chance your lights will flicker and this will prevent it by keeping consistent power. After the install the item was not needed and sent back to only be charged a $25 restocking fee. I didn't ask for this part, did not want it and we didn't need it. Just completely bad business.....DO NOT BUY From OMEGAXENON.COM"

"Ordered two hid kits one for 03 chevy trk works ok so far.Ordered other one for mazda was bi zenon kit supposed to be plug an play not with what they sent me they have no real tech support was supposed to take photos of parts that connector was wrong or do custom install so i cut n soldier wires that where supposed to make system work well still dont work so now I am stuck paying 25% restock fee or out all money paid taking my chances going to send them bi zenon kit back but also contact my cc co. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALING WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN OMEGA ZENON "

"I ordered some HID headlights for my car i received to wrong ones so i sent them back.. I was then told they charge a 30.00 restock fee.. thats BS... If you ordered the right parts and they don't work when you receive them they should refund the full amount... I recommend that no one purchases from this site..Unless your willing to pay for other peoples mistake....And who does that....I found some cheapers ones that worked right the first time....49.99 with both high and low beams...."

"Just looked at my credit card statement and noticed that they over charged my card and had filed a dispute. I recommend that everyone that orders from this site keeps a close eye on what they will end up charging you.
