"place order on the 1st nov 2017 on ebay for 2 rolls dark red monokote which omnimodels quickly updated with tracking number, however here it is the 5th ( 6th in about 20 minutes) and tracking still shows that package hasnt even been handed to the shipping company yet and it is schedualed for delivery tomorrow which isnt going to happen cause shipper doesnt have package in their possesion and it was sent UPS which means ground and 1 week minimum. tehn i have sent several msges through ebay msg system and have received NO reply so my advice is NOT do business with these people they are NOT professional or ethical."

"I purchased a set of aka buggy wheels that were stated to fit popular brands. Well they did not fit proline tires properly ( the most known tire brand in radio control). When I went to mount them they did not have sidewall support and actually widen the tire to the size of a truck 2.2 not buggy 2.0 . They are essentially truck wheels for how awkward they end up. Complete crap wheels. I doubt my track would even allow them since they are so incredibly wide. I thought, ok I will return them. I was offered a credit minus shipping cost ( I paid 5.99 for them shipped) to return them would have been the entire cost .. so I left a negative review. Then I was offered to keep the wheels and receive a full refund ( most people would love that, and I find it underhanded to only offer to help AFTER they got a negative/truthful feedback ). I will choose to never shop with them again as that left a bad taste with me. All I wanted was a return label that's it, product did not fit as advertised that's all. Now I have a pair of useless , ugly **** wheels I will never use that I paid for. However I learned a valuable lesson on what seller I like, that treat their customers right and not only after they get a negative review."

I placed a order on friday morning at 9 AM and called to see if it would ship that day and they smugly said 3-5 business days to ship and they could not tell me what carrier would bring it and I could not choose one even if I paid them !!
I pondered this treatment over the weekend and called and canceled Monday at 8AM. They told me they do not ever do this but would this one time and continued to chew me out and told me to never do this again.
They don't need to worry about that...I would not buy from them even if they were half price of other vendors...STAY AWAY !!"

" I made a order and called the next day to change one items and they said no because the order was processing but they ship the order 3 days later. I put a new order to buy the item I wanted to exchange, pay aditional shipping for it and pay shipping to return the unwanted item. They ship the two orders the same day(3days later) Then they said that sent one item from different location the same day but I don't received it in one month. I called Omnimodels and they said that this package maybe take 90 days. I have made hundreds of mail orders since 1998 and this is the first time somebody said me about a mail package take 90 days. My experience with Parcel Post package is a week average and never more than a month.
I sent a unopened item for a refund with tracking number and I called a week later from they received and they don't have any notes about the refund or if the package was received.

I received my refund and the missing item on June 5.
