"BAIT AND SWITCH
I ordered a product that was to custom fit to my vehicle WITHOUT modification. I paid $34.49. I was sent a universal product that requires modification and special tools to work in my vehicle. I found I could purchase the universal product for $14.65.
Seller claims item had been discontinued and the universal was all they could ship. He then offered to replace with another product that would not work with my vehicle. If I would have know this before it shipped I would have canceled the order right then.
To ship this product back ON MY DIME would cost $10.28. I asked for a partial refund with links for proof of how I was ripped off. I received no response after several emails.
To make matters worse the discontinued product is still listed for sale on the site.
