"Stay away from this place and avoid purchasing from them online. If an item is not in stock and backordered, their website will not indicate it, nor will the staff give you a definitive shipping date. They are quick to reply to emails and are polite, but over 4 weeks since the order date, multiple emails, and still the order hasn't been completely received. It's completely unacceptable.

Update: 11/3/11, still haven't received the product that was ordered on 9/22/11, and no word on estimated shipping date from the company after several inquiries. This is not a business!

"I ordered a Bailey Derby hat from On the Fly and received same
3 days later, coast to coast shipping no less. Hat arrived very well packed and I am delighted to such a degree, I order a second Bailey
Derby in another color. Customer service was great, keeping
me abreast of the order at every step via email. This was a great
