"Received the book "The Woodland Folk Meet the Gnomes" quickly in the mail and at first seemed to be in "good" condition as advertised. However, on closer inspection, I found the last page in the book to be torn in half and missing (not in the web listing). The seller would not send another one in "good" condition and would not refund my money until I paid postage to return the book to them. Since it was their fault in sending out a defective book, they should have paid the postage! No response from them concerning this. Terrible service; will never use this book seller again! "

"It took more than two weeks (!) to get the package shipped from WA to UT. That wouldn't be a big deal, but it came extremely poorly packaged, and the book corners were bumped and bent. I contacted the seller three times. No response. Stay away from this seller, who provides such poor service and does not care about the customers."

They then said that the book had already shipped which was a lie as they told me once again that the book had shipped several days later.
