"Love selling my kids stuff & trading for new items! Fast & convenient. "
"They have horrible customer service, treat their customers like crap, and are often a waste of time (especially if you a trading in "gently" used items). If you can get past their lucrative derangement (they sell at 50% off, and pay at 30% of that, so roughly 15% of what you paid for the item), they will often reject items if they don't "look" sellable (regardless of if it's actually in good shape). Since they don't accept returns, they only want those items of your they can convince other people to buy. Translation? As a buyer, beware, they will gloss over defects and not accept items back once you purchase them.
While there is no "Shipping cost" per se, in practice their is a hidden shipping cost of driving there and back, sometimes multiple times, with nothing to show for it (depending on the distance to the store, your cost to just drive will likely exceed any individual items, or in the case of selling, you could do a lot of driving and have nothing but a sheet of paper saying "Pass", which is their polite way of saying "We already have that".)"
