Website is very misleading

"While they have nice bathing suits, the website is very misleading regarding their returns.
One page says they do issue returns (as you are checking out) and a second one (written in poor English) says you cant.
I will not recommend this website for myself or to any of my friends because they are very inflexible, misleading, and very poor customer service.

DISGRACE OF A COMPANY

"This company is horrible. I ordered a $168 shirt from their online store, I received it in the mail, and it was a HORRIBLE cut. The armpits were too long and but the width of the back of the shirt fit tight, and then the front big, and then the bottom of the shirt had no waist definition, so it just looked like a box, but then got narrow at the bottom. Not worth the money. So I took it to the store. They said that I couldn't return it to the store because i bought it online. Then they tell me to return it online i have to pay for shipping. When i protested, the lady on the phone was so rude and told me that "It's not on us if the customers don't like our clothes". Was able to get my money back by some miracle. But they give you fifteen days to ship the item back, and those fifteen days start the day the item is shipped to you. So if I order a shirt, and it was shipped on a wednesday, and it got to me on a friday, I just lost 3 days out of the 15 to ship back for a return. And that includes weekends too. Horrible humans. And then even if you return it, they can deny the return if it's not "fit to resell". "

"The worse customer service ever! and don't even hope to get your money back on time if you ever need a refund! because you are going to have to fight for it. I order a bathing suit that was listed as available. Then the following day I got a "sold out" notification. They said to email or call if i wanted a different size or color. I sent 3 different emails --no response, I called 3 times -- no response. After 5 days they decided to call me back, and I said I would like my money back. This was over a week ago, and I have not heard from them, and I still don't have my money, and I don't have a bathing suit. Stay away from this online store! "

"While processing a swimwear exchange, the company customer service department contacted me and asked for my credit card number so they could charge the return shipping cost. It raised a question in my mind because surely it was in their system since I had made the original purchase with it but I gave it to them. Shortly thereafter, I had several fraudulent charges on my credit card. When I contacted them to let them know about it so they could be on the alert, I never heard back from them. Nice products but iffy customer service."
