"I wanted to buy the Rebel 400D with 17-85 mm lens kit. After checking Resellerratings.com, I figure I would try out Onecall.com. I ordered via the phone, and Brandon helped me out. The order was made quickly, in less than 5 minutes. Brandon asked if I wanted to purchase accessories. I said no, and he was fine with that. I also asked for overnight delivery.
Later, I realize that I did not get an order number, so I used the chat function, and chatted with a sales associate who kindly provided the order number, and also informed me the order was shipped, and told me the tracking number.
