"One click does not even have a phone number that works. I have ordered 18 refrigerators from them and i cannot even get them to call me. I have a lot of bonus points to redeem and they will not honor their own promotions. I have stopped doing business with them and i would recommend that you do too."
"I ordered a Soleus Dehumidifier, model DP2-70-03. I received the prior year's model, DP1-70-03. I called OneClickMX, and talked to "Jeff". He told me that (1) the two models are the same (they're not), (2) the older model is more expensive (it's not), (3) the model I ordered was out of stock and would not be available for 60 days, and (4) the manufacturer shipped the wrong model. He was going to do me a favor and not charge me the (nonexistent) difference in price.
Then he hung up. When I called back, I got their answering machine. I left a message (no return call). I called again, using another phone, and got Jeff again, just to hear the same old excuses.
OneClickMX does not have the integrity to flag a product as being out of stock at the time of order. They make substitutions without authorization, and they blow off customers' complaints.
Here is an update (1/11/12)
I called my credit card company and they removed the charge. They sent me a letter informing that they consider the matter closed. Well, it's not closed at oneclickmx.com. They sent a FEDEX man to my house to collect the unit. I refused to let them have it. I'll keep it. According to federal law (see the 30 day rule), unordered merchandise is a gift (free of charge). Somehow, oneclickmx.com doesn't seem to know the law. Oneclickmx.com threatened to sic their debt collectors on me. I just told them that there is no debt to collect and I can document that with copies of the order and the shipping label that clearly indicate that I didn't get the item I ordered. It's interesting that they didn't go back to the credit card company and ask them to reinstate the charge. They still expect to get their product returned. I don't know what they'll do next; but I've loaded all my documents, and they're ready to go. "
"I ordered a fireplace from Oneclickmx on 11/5/2011. Promised delivery dates came and went and inquiries as to the status of delivery were answered slowly or not at all. The only thing they were good at was charging my credit card for merchandise they could not deliver. On December 11, 2011, I gave up and cancelled the order."

"I describe these guys as the best. We ordered a Danby Dehumidifier and they explained right away that their inventory was off. They never charged my card and they offered a discount to keep my order. They were very polite so I kept my order and in 2 weeks it shipped they gave me an extra 5% off the already super low price. They emailed me tracking and everything I needed. I love this company and I will shop here again."
"Really frustrating experience. Good prices and free shipping, but NOTHING IN STOCK. I tried to order THREE different fireplace models from them, and every time I received an email within a couple of days saying it was "backordered or discontinued." Called customer service several times (once it was answered quickly, twice I spent most of the morning calling-- no hold option, just have to keep redialing) and they blamed it on the manufacturer. Wish their site would reflect their actual inventory. They did suggest alternate models I could purchase, that were very close to what I was trying to order-- EXCEPT they cost TWICE AS MUCH. He offered me a discount, which was nice... BUT, the fireplace still would have been $200 more than what I had ordered. Wasted two weeks trying to order from this merchant. FRUSTRATED!!"
"I placed an order for a guidecraft kitchen helper in oct 6th and I'm still waiting to receive it. Their website said they had it in stock, however when I checked on my order it told me it was backordered. I called and they told me I would receive it by mid oct, never received anything so I called again. This time they said it wuld be shipped until mid November. "Searched and searched for the Kef T305 system and could not locate one. I called oneclickmx.com and checked stock before ordering. The informed me they did have 1 in stock. Jeff told me they warehouse the majority of their product unlike the competition. I was still hesitant since I had so much trouble locating one. I ordered anyway and he offered me a great coupon code which saved me an extra 50 bucks. They were right on the money! They actually shipped my order the day I ordered it and emailed me the UPS tracking number. I received it in 3 business days. My kef system sounds amazing and the price was outstanding. "
"Three words: "DO NOT BUY" from them. They suck. Nobody picks up the phone or answers email. Slow as hell to process orders. Hope I get my order soon or I will be calling Amex and say this company is a fraud.
Oh they don't tell you this up front. Only once you place the order you get this in your emailed invoice:
1) Order processing usually takes 1-3 Business days (credit card fraud prevention verification).
2) Prepare for shipping usually takes 1-2 Business days (over package items to prevent damage).
3) Transit time usually takes 3-5 Business days (depending on what state you are shipping your order to)."

I ordered a table on August 12. It showed up as available on their website. The site also showed that they accept PayPal and Google Checkout, when in fact they don't.
It shipped almost two weeks later (!) on August 25 (much longer than the purchase order claimed).
It arrived on August 30, and I emailed them same day that the table came cracked.
They emailed me the next day asking for pictures of the box, and I replied that I threw it right away as I didn't have space for it.
They then ignored me and I had to email them on September 7 to remind them. They then said they'll ship a replacement.
I didn't hear anything for weeks. I emailed them on Sept 23 for an update.
On Sept 26 they finally reply and said that they can offer me a discount or a replacement! They had already claimed a few weeks earlier that they'll send me a replacement. I replied and told that as I initially said, I want a replacement. Then you said you will send me one.
I haven't heard from them until Oct 6. I emailed them then and the next day I got an email that it will ship soon.
I called to complain, and Jeff hung up on me twice."
"My experience with OneClickMX was frustrating. I live in Alaska, which admittedly can throw a wrench into online purchases, but most online sites tell you straight up if Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from their "free shipping on every order" claim. In this case, I found out that my original order had been canceled by tracking my order five days after the fact. When I called and finally reached a real person rather than a recording to find out why it had been canceled, I was told it was because the item had been discontinued (even though even now it is still advertised on the website). So I reordered a similar item, with the representative I spoke with knowing full well I lived in Alaska. After several more days with no notice of shipping, I called again. (Note: it can take many calls to get a real person to answer, and when I left a message, no one returned my call even days later.) This time I was told the product couldn't be shipped to a p.o. box, which also is not mentioned when ordering. Again, the fact I live in Alaska was never mentioned as a factor in the delay even when I once again clarified my address. Finally, after two weeks of trying and failing to even get a response about the cancellations and/or delays without initiating the inquiries myself, I was told it would cost $286 to ship my item to Alaska. Learning that, of course I canceled the order. My biggest problem with all this is that it took almost two weeks and lots of frustration to resolve what should have been clear from the beginning. (By the way, thank you Amazon and Zappos for not discriminating against Alaskans. We're great online customers if you don't charge us an arm and a leg to ship an item to us that's free to everyone else. We do live in the U.S., not on the moon.) The botton line is this: OneClickMX needs to make their policies clear from step 1. And when customers seek answers, respond quickly. It shouldn't have taken two weeks to find out I need to look elsewhere. By the way, the same day I canceled this order I purchased a similar item from Amazon with free shipping. Even if I'd had to pay for shipping with Amazon it would have been $32, not $286 FedEx. Words to the wise to those who may live on the fringe. "
"I ordered the 18DE9033-PM92 Classic Flame Bancroft Electric Fireplace. The quality of this unit was very good. It was not difficult to put together. Directions were very helpful. I have enjoyed using this fireplace in the evening as the nights are getting colder. I would recommend this unit to anyone."

Their return policy is one of the worst I've ever seen, 25% restocking fee, hidden shipping charges, etc. No point in returning an item if you're only getting a few dollars back.
They advertise as accepting Google Checkout, Paypal, and other methods--they do not except any of those.
