"I should have read comments on this website before I placed orders with this store. Now I am in deep trouble with my orders. I ordered three sets of ASUS motherboard and CPU kits online for my school. Even the store offers "Free Shipping on all orders within US" but customers were forced to make a selection on several non-free shipping options before checking out. I called the store after completing my order but the person said it was the handling charge. It sounded suspicious so I canceled my order immediately. The person at customer service wanted to charge 20% returning fee but the order was not even shipped. I called the store again two days later checking status of refund but so far I haven't seen a penny returned to our PayPal account yet. When I called, I found there was one person who answered all calls from either customer service or the sales. When I requested to speak to the owner, the reply was “the owner was out of country.”

Follow up: I called the store several times and finally I had to contact Ohio State Attorney General and initiate a dispute with PayPal to have the problem resolved. In response to the Attorney General, OneClickPC said that they tried to refund but the transfer money function of PayPal didn't work. What a lie!

"These guys are a TOTAL JOKE! DO NOT BUY from this store. They have multiple web storefronts under different names. E-mails do not get answered, and customer support is very rude. They gave me different excuses on multiple calls for the delays and problems. Very deceiving, and not truthful at all.

I ordered (2) Motherboard Kits with add-ons; case, memory, video, SATA drives, etc. I paid extra $100 to have the order processed and shipped next day. It did not ship until the 3rd day. I received my order finally 6 days after being placed. Unfortunately I only received 1 of 2 machines I ordered. I told them I wanted my extra shipping refunded, and was told they did ship it next day, after processing time and it was a UPS problem and I would have to deal with UPS to get the money. Not a chance. They finally agreed to refund half the shipping for the 2nd machine. I don't expect that to happen.

Nextday means next day. It does not mean next day when you get around to it.

I still DO NOT have my 2nd machine.

Packing was horrible. Old used box, with a few peanuts and other computer part boxes thrown in.

Software and manuals are missing from some of the hardware.

I paid extra to have it pre-assembled and tested. I paid extra for round cables. The cables were not installed. Just stock IDE cables, instead of EIDE cables. The round cables were normal ribbon cables sliced down the ribbon and wrapped with a mesh covering to make them appear round.

I am a very experienced computer user (20 years) and know my stuff. I do a ton of online purchasing. This was absoutely the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. DO NOT BUY from Oneclickpc.com!!

"Price quoted on the site was $177, waited two weeks, and emailed numerous times, order showed as being on hold the whole 2 weeks. Called numerous times, finally talked to a rep, told that I needed to talk to manager. Manager told me the item should have been $35 more, and that they'll get it out to me soon as possible. I assumed they'd honor original amt.
Checked my acct online an hour or so later, they went ahead and took the extra $35 without my knowledge. Called and canceled order, and had to wait a week to get my money back. They are also known as pcinfinity and infinity systems, so watch out if you buy from these guys. Their feedback rating isn't very good and many people have been hit with a jacked up price after placing an order.

"After receiving a motherboard kit that wasn't compatible with my system, I contacted their customer service and was told to right a return reason on the receipt and ship it back to get the money credited back to my account. I did. Then I received a call two days later from "Andrew" saying that the motherboard kit was fine and they were shipping it back with XP professional or something. Their technical support staff can't speak very good english and it's very hard to understand them. At the moment, I've tried calling them several times, reaching no one , but an answering machine. If you call the 1800 number, you reach some rude guy, then you get an answering machine when they try to transfer you or you get hung up on. I will never again order from oneclickpc."

"Hah. It has 19 days and I still have no recieved my order from One Click PC. There is no online tracking from this company and they did not send email confirmation about the order being shipped, I had to hear it 2nd hand from a sales rep."
