"We have purchased from OneQuality.com on three occasions. We have had no problems until our last order back in 2017. We ordered over $17,000 worth of items from this company. In this order we purchased three Cannon Cameras, model # Canon XLH1 HD. In the process of receiving all of our items and the three cameras, we were building our new studio. Upon setting up the cameras, we discovered that OneQuality.com sent us an incorrect camera. One of the cameras is the wrong model and the lens on it is defective. We made several phone calls (which have never been returned and no one ever answers), we have also emailed seven times... no response. They are refusing to make good on this promise and we are now looking at a lawsuit.
I suggest you DO NOT purchase from this company. They do not follow through, send the wrong order, over charge you for what you get, and have been proven to be LIARS and CHEATS."
"I ordered a Canon XHA1 that was supposed to be in mint condition according to the write up. (I was told later that this is a generic write up for all of their stock items) The camera came with the microphone loose and several parts missing. There was no mention of the parts not being included. As an online seller myself, mint condition means as new and all parts included. The sales rep. told me that they would mail out the missing part. A week later I called back and they had not sent the new part and that the part was not even in stock, they would have to order it. I told them I wanted to return the camera, but now since it was over 7 days I would not get a full refund. The rep. told me that she would have the manager call me regarding the refund, I never heard back. Later that week I tried to call and for three days could not get through. Finally I got through and still no one called back. I had no choice but to initiate a credit card dispute. I got a call from them after they noticed it and they told me they would send a pick up tag and an email stating a full refund. I'm still waiting."

"Ordered a Camera nearly two weeks ago. Was promised one-day process before shipping and shipping number. Never received. Numerous emails, phone calls - excuses and promises but still no camera. It is amazing my card could be charged within an hour of the order but they can't get it shipped. I researched this company online and saw they had good reviews, but this has not been my experience. I have missed two events I wanted to film. If they can't deliver, just say so, or don't accept my money. I am also concerned that if I would ever had a problem there would have been no one there to resolve it - or a returned camera would have disappeared forever. I purchase nearly 90% online with few disappointments. But this is one of them. I would caution would-be buyers to look elsewhere unless they want a lot of frustration.
