Our Precor machine arrived at our home (Connecticut) last week. It is great!!!! We love it and it works perfectly. I appreciate all the information and time that Arun Dev spent as I was deciding about purchasing an exercise machine. He worked with us to make sure that the machine was shipped when we were home – given our busy travel schedule during the holidays. "I ordered the Life Fitness 95xi from One Shot Fitness. During the warranty period a washer had come loose by the wheel and was clanking around. It took a total of 4 hours to get repaired upon reporting the problem. The service men that came to my house were on their way back home but they stopped by to take a look at it, at 10 pm! "I own the Fitness Factory Health Club in Monticello,NY. I have been in business for 21 years. This past May, I purchased a used Stairmaster 4600 from from One Shot Fitness. Prior to placing my order, I had a conversation with the owner of the company,Arun Dev. Because I own a commercial establishment, I was not only concerned about the quality of what I was buying, but also wanted to make sure One Shot Fitness was going to be there should anything go wrong. Arun explained their refurbishing procedures and assured me I would be impressed with the quality of their products. He also told me that if anything should go wrong with the piece during the warranty, they would quickly arrange to make the needed repairs. That is all I needed to hear. When the Stairmaster arrived, I was very pleased. It looked like it just came off the assembly line. It was immaculate! Just recently I had a small problem with the machine, and it needed to be repaired. I called Arun, and explained the problem. He told me to get an estimate from my regular repair guy and to send it to him. He quickly approved the work that needed to be done and sent me a check to cover the cost. "My experience with Jerod and Arun at OneShotFitness, as well as their delivery and repair staff, has been excellent. I ordered a LifeFitness 95xi elliptical which, even after a few weeks, seemed too stiff to use for extended workouts. They responded promptly by sending Eric out to work on it twice for several hours. When the lower level settings still didn't seem to work properly, 6 months after my purchase, Arun urged me to visit their warehouse facility in Lancaster, PA, where I tried a Precor EFX556 that worked exactly like the machines I was used to in the gym. They came and changed it out with the original machine promptly. I would buy from them again in a second.

More details: Both times the three delivery guys brought me a machine -- first a 300 lb. one, then a 200 lb. one -- they had to take it upstairs. They took great care, didn't bang a wall or touch any part of the machine to anything, and were helpful, friendly, and professional.

Eric the repairman was a pleasant and low-key guy who obviously knows how to take the machines apart and put them back together blind-folded.

Have to admit I called Amex for a charge-back on the amount I paid for the first machine, after I didn't hear back for a few weeks once I decided to give up on the LifeFitness. I'm a little embarrassed about that now -- had never done it before -- because it put more pressure on these guys than the situation required."
