I wish I had read the review here before I purchased anything.
I waited forever for my order first of all and then I had to return the item because I ordered the wrong size, not only did I have to ship it to the US and it cost me 22 Euro for tracking, they received my parcel a week ago but did not issue me with a refund!
When I emailed they said oh they will issue the refund now, however, the refund excludes shipping, so not only did I have to pay the 22 Euro to send it back but was charged 10 Euro to receive the item, so for something I never really got I paid 30 Euro!
What a Rip-off, I will never again buy from them or recommend them to anyone."
"Bought 2 tee-shirts in different sizes - expensive £40 each. Tried to return one, and found it would have cost me £32 to return! In addition, the teeshirt came from Jessica London, and if I had ordered direct they would only have cost US$15 each!"

"Horrible. Order took forever to ship. While waiting you cannot get any info from customer service other than B.S. DO NOT USE THEIR RETURN LABEL, whatever you do. I dropped off at Post Office, shipper picked up next day (May 11) still no refund, but best of all, once it left post office, no tracking available. Suggest you read other reviews with same complaints before even thinking about ordering here. They should be out of business. I am going to post reviews wherever I can ansd as many times as I can. "Never received the order confirmation email, never received notice that you have to cancel in 2 hours but did receive emails to buy more stuff immediately so I know my email was good. After 24 hours, I went online found the order number & went though the automated system which said no order existed. Called CS & they could not find with the order # but found with my name/address. Asked when I could expect the order, was told they didn't know when the order would be processed/shipped, this information was supposed to be on the initial email that I didn't receive the email but the CS & Sup said they did not have the information in the computer system. Asked to cancel the order, was told by CS & a Sup. That the order could not be canceled in their system since it was in the processing status. I advised that I would refuse the order from FedEX. I monitored the order for a couple of weeks, nothing happened, never processed, I removed my payment information from the account. Finally after 20 days I get an email the company & the order shipped & an email from my CC that it billed (not sure how since the CC was not in the account). Called the company & stated I would still refuse the shipment. Even went to the effort of getting FedEx to ship back to company but even they delivered the package today. (Contacted a sup at Fedex, they came & got the package same day). If I had of seen any of these reviews. I would never have ordered from the company, DO NOT buy from them their company is "hinkey""
"I've ordered from this place several times as I wear plus sizes and they have a good selection. The quality is really poor and I end up sending almost everything back.
If you shop there, get ready for an avalanche of spam that no amount of unsubscribing will stop.
They are also really dishonest about pricing and sales. To wit: I ordered some **** for 10 for $35.99 two days ago. Today I got spam from them with a coupon for 50% off $100. Hmmm. Maybe I could cancel the first order and create a new order to get that discount. No such luck - the same **** are now priced at $59.99. "
"I ordered a pair of boots with the advertised coupon offer 50% off entire order and free shipping. They didn't process my order w/ the discount. I called and was told the offer wasn't good w/ the manufacturer. She said it was in the excluded section. I knew what I read and not anywhere did it say not valid with the manufacturer. The statement said not valid on prior purchases then a comma. She tried to tell me the comma "means or". I quoted the dictionary definition and that it means a separation between items in a sentence. After 3 supervisors none would honor their offer emailed to me. She also claimed a contracted minimum price so their hands were tied. I ended the call and did some investigation. I found the exact same boot at another online shoe site and it was cheaper by $20 so I called OSP back and cancelled my order and bought from another company. I called the day after I ordered at OSP and they called the manufacturer to cancel. They shipped anyway 2 days later. I have already contacted my credit card co. Oh and I found other offers which did specific ally state what they claimed was on ALL their orders to legally protect them. I will never deal with OSP again! I am in retail and customer service over 35 yrs and I have NEVER seen customer service at this despicable level. State attorney general is my next letter."
"Needed an outfit by Thanksgiving and found several wonderful ones at OSP. All the items I bought were on sale or clearance and were a very good value for the $. I go to stores and a decent plus size skirt suit is $100-200, the ones I ordered from OSP were $49-69.
Trouble with shipping, package had been thrown in my garden by the delivery driver and initially I could not find it but that was not OSP's fault. I was upset but OSP helped plus said they would credit the overnight shipping charge to my account.
A few of the items ran a little large. After reading the reviews here I decided to just try selling those outfits on Ebay rather than try to deal with the returns process, a lot of people seem to have issues trying to get stuff returned.
Also, maybe it is just because it is the weekend after Black Thursday but I've been trying to get online there to purchase a couple more things and all day their site has been logging me out whenever I try to use my account.

"I wish that I could give ZERO stars. I order from them often and spend A LOT OF MONEY with this company. The customer service leaves SO MUCH to be desired! They are very "professional" and nice/nasty about any complaints about orders. It is unfortunate that a company that caters to a specific demographic will act so ugly towards its customers--knowing that they hold a lot of the market. Actually, it is shameful. Unfortunately, they are the only people who carry WW fashionable shoes, so I cannot drop them completely, but I will be on the hunt for more options starting immediately."
"Horrible horrible horrible. I received my items in good time, but part of my order was not even the sizes I ordered. I have sent back the items for a refund, along with items of the correct size but just did not fit. I have verification that the packages have been received but the refund has not been processed yet. On the order history page, it is not even showing up that they received my package. Customer service is a joke- most unhelpful. Also 2 items came from 2 different sources so they had to be mailed back to those companies and not to One Stop Plus with the rest of the order-- those have also been delivered but the refund has yet to begin processing. This place is a joke! I also purchased the $19.99 or whatever the price was membership for free shipping and returns but that is only good for the items that are returned to One Stop Plus, I had to pay for the return shipping to the two other companies (around $13 total). According to their order page, it states that they will also charge $7.50 for returns, which was not stated in the membership agreement. It really is ridiculous. Did I mention that my order was close to $300, and I only kept 2 items- totalling about $43?? Still waiting on the refund.... Quite a bit of money to be either out of or waiting on. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I am so disgusted with OneStopPlus. I mailed the returns 2 days after receiving my order. It has not quite been a month... but they have had plenty of time to at least show it is being processed..."

"Worst online store for returns ever! They charge you $7.50 per box. You as the consumer have to pay to ship to returns to separate manufactures, plus another $7.50 charge from them. I have spent over $300 and they are charging more than $50 for returns. Clothes were all to big after two orders. Buyer beware of this company they are a rip-off. Better off going to big onlines like jcpenny, sears, khols, macey's etc. They give you no hassel returns!!!"
"Complaint Description:
Today I have spoken with Victor in Customer Service who advises me that the OneStopPlus Shoppers Club membership is tied to only one address. If one temporarily changes addresses (winter visitor), that person is charged full shipping from the temporary address. This Shoppers Club automatically renews annually for 19.99. One has to re-join at 19.99 in order to get reduced shipping at a temporary address. It is my complaint that the membership is tied to one address only and cannot be changed, especially if it is annually automatically renewed. I will be cancelling my membership.
