"I did get my washing machine from them but I also purchased the "extended warranty" for $100, they never sent me the info about the extended warranty, I have inquired several times, at first they said it would be sent "in a month" and then no answer. Now 1.5 years later, my washing machine doesn't work and I have no extended warranty. Their 800 # is "restricted" and they have malware on their website. I cannot reach anybody. Do NOT do business with this company. "

"Oneclickappliances.com is apparently back in business, after several weeks of running only a shell site. Every one of these consumer reporting site I've visited has multiple complaints involving non-delivery and not giving refunds. This firm is essentially committed several cases of grand larceny, but has yet to be prosecuted to my knowledge.

I placed an order on 3/23/08, in the amount of $583.92, then got a note saying they couldn't fulfill and would issue a refund. They proceeded several sham attempts at a refund, which said "didn't work", so instructed me to see redress from my credit card company.

Unfortunately, I paid via PayPal and ACH transfer. There is no chargeback model.

I complained to PayPal, who initiated action, which also failed. PayPal now has closed the case, even though I have recovered NOTHING. It's July!

The new site is now associated with other more reputable dealers in a click-through model:

"Run Away!! They offer low prices, charge your credit card and NEVER DELIVER! Just try to get your money back. You will get ten emails signed with ten different names all saying sorry, refund on its way... 3 months later, still no refund. Had to call credit card company to stop payment and BBB to file complaint."

"One Click Appliances took my order on 1/29/08 for a wine cooler at a cost of $850. My Credit card was charged the same day. I called them to ask about delivery and I was told I would receive an email. After many calls, I was told the cooler would be delivered on 3/4/08, therefore I took off of work. The delivery was not made and I gave them another call. I was told that if I want to cancel my order, it will take 10-20 to credit back the charge. Also, they might charge me a 20% restock fee. I have reported them both to my credit card and the BBB. Please don’t be fooled by the low prices like I was ….."

"Ordered a jenn-air gas cooktop on 9/3, got an email on 9/19 that it shipped and will arrive 9/26. So 23 days from order to delivery. Best price around, you just have to be willing to wait. That's basically the deal with most of the low priced internet companies. Either they are complete frauds or just slow. Hopefully it arrives undamaged and not refurbished."

"Placed order for washer and dryer on 11/26/06, received no email or confirmation, site says fast delivery in 2-7 business days, its been 10 business days now and heard nothing from them. Credit card was charged on 12/01. Called them on 12/07 , they were looking into it and going to get back to me. Later that day, received an email "After speaking with our warehouse, unfortunately, due to the popularity of this model , we do not have an estimated date. We do apologize as we know this is an inconvenience to you. We will continue to track these items daily, and with any update- we will let you k now." So, as of today, 12/08, I do not have what I ordered, I am not going to be receiving my items anytime soon especially since there is 'no date' and they are 'going to get back to me', and I am out about $1600 bucks. I emailed them to credit my card back until the item ships, which if I am correct by law they cannot charge until it ships which they obviously have broken. So unless my card gets credited or I receive my item within a few days, I will try again and if I get nowhere I will be filing a fradulent report with my credit card company and the BBB.

"I was very dissatisfied with their service. I went to their web site and sorted through double ovens to white to order the white Maytag stove I wanted. I did not notice that their confirmation email had listed a beige stove. Since I never went to a page on their site with beige they sent, I am certain that the error was theirs. None the less, I ended up paying a 5% restocking fee to get the white color stove. I had an extensive chat trying to get this resolved and was given conflicting information as to their policies and what they could and could not do. The beige stove arrived Friday, three days after I ordered it on Tuesday. The replacement stove was ordered on a Friday and did not arrive for over a week on the following Monday. I will never deal with this vendor again and highly recommend they be avoided. "
