My card was charged and I never received the merchandise. Filed dispute with my bank and will be charged back for the amount, but these people are crooks. I will also be filing with the BBB and the Attorney General's office for fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!! Also, be sure to file a complaint with the government INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER at www.ic3.gov"

"Terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes from this site on 3/27/2011 and was immediately charged on my credit card. They sent two emails confirming the purchase. Two days later my order was still "processing", so I called to see when they might be expected to ship. I called a dozen times and continuously got an answering machine (never an answer). I also contacted via the website and never got a response. I responded directly to "Carl Green" and did not hear a response. I then received an automated e-mail on 3/29/2011 saying that my order was being refunded because the item was not in stock (why would they have charged me to begin with). What do you know? The refund was not issued to my credit card. Imagine that. I've since called American Express to protest the charge, and they are investing it now."
