"My name is Jason Fowler.Order #100037009. I recently recieved my order of a custom Chi Rho Omicron Filipino flag hoodie. The art that was provided to me prior to the shipping the hoodie does not match the the final design of the actual hoodie. In the Rho the little triangle which is supposed to be the ending of the white of the flag is not colored in white. Instead, it's only stitched in a circle with white thread without there being a white foreground to complete the flag. Also, I was told that the picture would be exactly how the final product would look like. In the art it's a yellow gold ish color. The color on the hoodie is orange gold...I will attach pictures to compare the expectation to the results. I'm dissappointed in the fact that I gave you guys almost a month to design the product, and one part of the hoodie just looks lazily done. I'm from California and I'm not willing to pay another $15 shipping fee. Either I return and I get a new one, I just get a new one, or something."
