"The item I ordered was not the item sent. I did need the item within the week and called to see if they had them in stock. They did and was shipped within 2 days. Like I mentioned the wrong item was shipped. I called to find out procedures and was told they would email me a shipping lable and once they received the item they would send the correct one. I explained that I needed it in 2 days and was told there was nothing she could do. So I waited 2 days for the shipping lable to be emailed. Never received it and had to contact store again. Received my lable the next day. Shipped it off. Received another email letting me know they received the package and was checking into my return. It's been a week and no refund yet. I guess I'm more upset that they wouldn't send me the item I ordered right away.
