"I ordered a set of saddlebags for my bike, after several days I received an order canceled statement. I went back to their site to check out some other bags they had. Guess what I discovered...
they relisted the item I ordered. They gave it a new SKU #, listed it as a new product and raised the price $11.

To really top it off they were also selling them on ebay and advertised 10 pair as being availible.

Oneida Suzuki... I would really love to hear your side of the story. Really sad.

"I placed and order and they verified my credit card, my bank said it went through fine. They then emailed the transaction failed. I tried to get help online, but they paid no attention to the details, they kept sending me form letters until I gave up. Their customer service is the worst."

"Very-- make that EXTREMELY-- slow order fulfillment for a web based vendor. Order processing can take days... high shipping costs get you nothing but UPS GROUND-- that's GROUND-- shipment. And you will get a tracking number in the mail a full day before UPS even picks up the shipment... no tracking until then. If you have an eternity of time on your hands, the prices are great. But you'd better be ready to WAIT.
