"They will give you cheaper shipping than you pay for and refuse to refund you if it ruins your project.

Their website says that if you place an order before 5pm, it'll ship out the same day. They also give you the option between Priority Next Day and Next Day Air. Priority, as you can imagine, is super expensive and guarantees it'll be there by 10:30a the next day.

I paid for Priority Next Day at 12pm. However, they paid UPS for Next Day Air. Then the shipment was delayed by a day and now my project is ruined. Jasmine, with their customer service, first lied that it was a mechanical error on UPS's part and they had nothing to do with it. I then proved that they paid for the wrong shipping method. She said all they'd do is refund me the difference between Next Day Air and Priority Next Day. She refused to refund the entire shipping fee even though I caught them literally being fraudulent about their services and told them they ruined my project. I explained that UPS guarantees all their next-day shipments and she can get me the entire shipping fee back. Then she said to call back tomorrow and hung up.

I'm submitting reviews on this company everywhere. Avoid them."

"I paid 2 day rush delivery for labels on a Friday. Checked in on Monday to see when they would ship since I needed them that week. The rep, Jessica Ragan, told me it would be another 2 weeks! I told her I can’t wait that long, please cancel the order. Jessica had the audacity to say she can’t cancel it because they started production already. I asked why the labels wouldn’t ship for 2 weeks if they’ve already been printed, of course she had no answer but said the fastest they can do is ship in 1 week. So I waited a week and checked back in. Jessica then said never mind it’ll actually still be 2 weeks! They were printed but were just sitting around. I would have printed them elsewhere if I had known it would take 3 weeks to receive the labels despite paying for rush delivery. This whole experience hurt my business and was some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. Onlinelabels.com couldn’t care less."

"Love online labels, but they refuse (not can’t - won’t) to ship roll labels by USPS to HI. A $20 USPS flat rate box would get my $400 order here in a few days. But no- they will only ship roll labels to HI via Fed Ex for 5x the cost. I’d rather have more labels!!
